About Allergy Therapy
Food intolerance or sensitivity can cause myriad symptoms including bloating, IBS, candida, fatigue, skin irritations, catarrh, headaches, and more.

It is important to remember that all these symptoms can have other causes and that you should always speak to your GP if you are concerned. However, if you feel that allergies or intolerances may be responsible for your symptoms then Allergy Therapy can help.

Therapists use a natural and non-intrusive method of testing using simple muscle responses, which enable them to give you immediate feedback on the possible source of any problems and suggest a course of action.

In follow up sessions more foods are tested and problem foods retested. Often, with care and guidance, patients are able to reintroduce certain foods moderately, permitting more freedom of choice.

Where food sensitivity is a problem, patients can start to feel the benefits in a matter of weeks. However, four consultations, over a period of 3 to 4 months, are usually recommended in order to achieve a clearer picture and manageable regime for the way forward.
